certified career coach, strategic partner, and the person behind Your Career Partner.
Like many professionals I work with today, I started my career on a traditional path. I built my experience in human resources and client-facing corporate roles, where I learned how organizations make decisions, what employers look for, and how people navigate the realities of professional life.
I was successful in that world, but over time I realized the path I had built no longer fully aligned with the direction I wanted my own career to take.
So, I changed direction.
In 2018, I launched Your Resume Partner, drawing on my HR background to help professionals tell stronger career stories through their resumes and professional materials. But something unexpected happened: The more people I worked with, the more I realized the resume was rarely the whole problem.
Behind the resume was often a bigger question:
- What do I actually want next?
- How do I communicate the value of everything I’ve built?
- Is this opportunity the right one for me?
- How do I make a career decision I feel confident standing behind?
- I realized I wasn’t simply helping people create better career documents.
- I was helping them navigate career decisions.
That realization became the foundation for the evolution
from Your Resume Partner to Your Career Partner.
Today, I work with professionals and leaders at meaningful career moments — whether they’re exploring a transition, preparing for an important interview, evaluating an opportunity, strengthening their leadership presence, or simply trying to understand what comes next.
My approach combines career coaching, hiring insight, communication strategy, and a growing body of methodology designed to help professionals recognize the value they already bring and make intentional decisions about their future.
Along the way, I’ve earned certifications including CPCC, MJSC, CIC, NCOPE, and CPRW, and have been recognized as a PARWCC Elite Circle Member.
But the thing I’m most proud of is building a practice rooted in honest, human-centered guidance that helps professionals make decisions with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
